Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom Products
As all items sold by Gear Up Apparel are specially made custom products, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Rest assured that Gear Up Apparel makes every effort to ensure that all our products are of the highest quality.

Change of Mind
Gear Up Apparel does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind items. This includes items that are not the desired size / colour, do not fit in the way you would like, delayed deliveries, and unwanted gifts.

Cancelling / Rectifying Orders
Gear Up Apparel cannot cancel / rectify orders once processed. If an error is made when purchasing, i.e., selecting the incorrect size / colour / quantity, supplying an incorrect address, or forgetting to add a discount code, this unfortunately cannot be cancelled / rectified. Please ensure the details of your order are correct, prior to making payment.

Promotions & Discounts
Unfortunately, Gear Up Apparel cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for promotional / discounted items.
Promotional offers / discount codes can only be used at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, after an order has been placed, promotions / discounts cannot be backdated, applied, or refunded.
Faulty, Damaged & Defective Items
Gear Up Apparel makes every effort to ensure that all products are of high quality. However, nothing is indestructible. General wear-and-tear, or improper use / care, is not considered a product fault. To ensure the longevity of your item, Gear Up Apparel encourages following the care instructions detailed on the website and product label.
Notwithstanding the above, in the unfortunate event you receive a product that you believe may be faulty, damaged, or defective, please contact us immediately at info@gearupapparel.co. When contacting us, please include a detailed description and clear photos of the item. Once the information required is received, we will endeavour to notify you if your product is eligible for a refund as soon as possible. In some circumstances, we may require you to send the item back to us. This will better help us evaluate the condition of your item.
If a refund is approved, you’ll receive a refund back onto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@gearupapparel.co.
